East Coast begins to shut down ahead of historic storm

Winter is coming. And it's coming in a big way.

The East Coast is currently in a frenzied preparation for what is currently forecast to bring some historic totals to cities along the mid-Atlantic. And the big storm is likely to be paired with big-time closures.
