Apple is introducing the iPad Air 2, a new version of its wildly popular tablet with a Touch ID fingerprint sensor and an even thinner body. The new tablet has the same look as its predecessor but is only 6.1mm thick — down from 7.5 mm on the original iPad Air, an 18 percent reduction.
